Miller, a coaching veteran with 12+ years of experience, was named head coach of the Billikens after serving as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator since July 2023.

He previously led pitching staffs at High Point, Towson, Purdue, and Butler, with his 2022 High Point staff topping the Big South in ERA. Earlier in his career, he coached with the Waterloo Bucks, Philadelphia University, New Bedford Bay Sox, Torrington Titans, and Albertus Magnus College.

A former San Diego Mesa College player, Miller earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Grand Canyon University. He takes over SLU following a 2023 season that saw the Billikens finish runner-up at the A-10 Tournament.
